Refunds and Cancellations

Aria Paperie strives to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us with photos and details. We will work together with you to resolve this.

Returns

As all items are made to order and personalised for each customer, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If you receive your order and your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us urgently.

If we have not started your order, we will refund you the full amount minus 5% to cover our order processing costs.

However, if your order has already gone into print, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Proof Approval & Customer Errors

By providing your signed final production approval you accept that your order will be produced exactly as it appears within your proof. 

Aria Paperie will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions that were approved for production by the client.

In the unlikely event that the final printed items do not match the proof you approved, we will reprint the affected piece/s with the mistake amended at no additional cost.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellations Policy at any time.  Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will be effective from the date specified.
