Order Process

We are here to help make your invitation ordering as easy and smooth as possible.

As a guide, please allow 3 weeks for printing and shipping your items.

1. Place An Order

Browse through our range and order your invitations and stationery items.

We recommend ordering a minimum of 10-20 extra invitations to have some spares available, as we cannot add to your order once it has gone into print.

2. Proof is Emailed

We will email a proof to you within 1-2 business days.

Please carefully check all details and reply with any changes.

Once everything is finalised and you have approved the proof, we begin printing.

3. Printing

Our standard print leadtime is 6-7 business days. Please note that speciality items such as die-cut shapes will add an extra day to the order.

Once your order is ready, we will despatch your parcel and provide you with a tracking number.

Yes you can. We can make changes to an existing design layout, wording and colours.

As a guide, invitations should be sent to your guests approximately 4-6 months before the event date.

We recommend to make a list with all the guest names and add at least 10-20 spare invitations. These can be handy if there are new guests to invite or if someone is forgotten from the original list.

We operate out of a design studio in Brisbane. All items are designed and printed here in Australia and are despatched from Brisbane.
